You will lead a team in preparing, serving, and cleaning up, with weekdays hours in a school kitchen, acting as a lunch superhero. Gain hands-on experience, learn new skills, and contribute to a supportive team culture while delivering quality meals to students.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent service mindset.
• Able to follow spoken and written directions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Accuracy with stock and loadout.
• Record Keeping.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns work to the team and oversees tasks.
• Trains and guides staff on duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Prepares and builds food items per recipes and directions.
• Sets up condiments and utensil areas for service.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes work stations.
• Contributes to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, dependability and punctuality.
• Maintains professional appearance and guest service.
• Follows food safety guidelines.
• Assists in daily paperwork, ordering and related tasks.
• Other leadership tasks as assigned.
