Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving customers.
• Alert management to items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening/closing station checklists.
• Greet customers at the serving line and collect feedback.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitize utensils.
• Dispose of waste properly from the service line.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas as needed.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train as needed and support concessions, catering, and events.
• Perform tasks requested by a supervisor or Aramark management.
