Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of food preparation and assist in daily items.
• Set up and break down stations as directed by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Ensure accurate portions when preparing and serving items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples before serving to ensure quality.
• Notify management of items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and address questions or complaints with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitize utensils and surfaces.
• Dispose of waste correctly and transfer supplies between areas.
• Assist with safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required.
• Complete tasks as requested by supervisor or Aramark management.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely and efficient service.
