Sunny Sky Products is seeking an experienced Director of R&D Technical Commercialization to bridge bench science and market-ready beverages. You will own formulation finalization, scale-up, shelf-life validation, and regulatory sign-off while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Formación

• 10+ years in food and beverage R&D, with at least 4 years in commercialization, application science, or technical project management.
• Hands-on thermal-process expertise across two or more SSP processes with command of time/temperature parameters and impact on ingredients.
• Analytical fundamentals: TA, pH, and Brix used in product design and benchmarking.
• Ingredient and flavor-chemistry knowledge to survive the intended process and diagnose stability.
• Regulatory/shelf-life: acidified foods, low-acid aseptic and shelf-life validation protocols.
• Beverage formulation knowledge across hot, cold, frozen, or dispensed categories; manufacturing scale-up experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi-project portfolios with deadlines and cross-functional accountability.
• Translate technical language into commercial terms for Sales, Marketing, and executives.
• Regulatory experience (FDA, labeling, allergens).

Responsabilidades

• Process-matched formulation against actual production processes and conditions.
• Verify ingredient stability under production conditions and identify heat-stable flavors.
• Establish TA/pH/Brix targets and enforce analytical discipline.
• Tighten legacy and new specs to ensure sensory consistency across ranges.
• Partner on QA, operations, and shelf-life validation; document formulations against approved parameters.
• Own handoff from R&D to commercialization: finalization, scale-up, and first production run.
• Serve as primary liaison between R&D and Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain stage-gate commercialization process and flag risks early.
• Translate R&D outputs into commercial-ready language for internal and customer-facing use.
