Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Ability to work in a highly repetitive task environment.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated, cold climate (10°C working climate, 4°C for walk in refrigerator and -18°C for walk in freezer).
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lb) where required and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible to work various shifts and weekends.
• Ability to lead and direct a team.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Supervisor and Production Manager to ensure smooth operations of the factory.
• Maintain food supplies and calculate ingredients from the fridge; record daily production.
• Assign duties to production teammates.
• Ensure production areas are cleaned and ready for use at all times.
• Check food quality according to Bento’s standards; take corrective records.
• Coach teammates on operating standards including food safety and quality control.
