The role requires hands-on leadership to manage a production team, uphold GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, safety, and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in food or beverage manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and develop staff while meeting production

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct supervisory experience in food/manufacturing; 3+ preferred.
• Experience in fresh or frozen food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, and safety standards.
• HACCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and lead a team to meet goals.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and development to employees.
• Manage scheduling, performance, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate resources to meet production schedules and customer orders.
• Ensure GMPs, HACCP, OSHA and SOP adherence and participate in inspections.
