Job summary

Stratas Foods in Nashville, TN is seeking a Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing) for the 3rd shift (10:30 pm–7:30 am). You will oversee daily packaging operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time production while coaching a team of skilled workers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of manufacturing experience (food processing preferred), a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, or business preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience; supervisory or leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC literacy

Responsibilities

• Lead daily packaging operations to meet production schedules and optimize labor, materials, and time
• Monitor packaging processes, maintain SOPs, and adjust to achieve targets
• Ensure quality, output, yield, and line efficiency align with customer expectations
• Coach and develop production employees with ongoing performance feedback
• Analyze KPIs (OEE, downtime, yield) to drive continuous improvement
