You will work under supervision, complete required documentation, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Overtime may be required during the week and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prev. manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate production equipment safely.
• Comfort with shift work and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, and monitor production equipment.
• Perform routine quality checks and document results.
• Maintain sanitation and clean equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and adjust as needed.
• Record production data and downtime accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
