Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and food safety guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate manpower to meet production demands.
• Oversee line production, material handlers, drivers, shipping and receiving.
• Maintain relationship with the union under collective bargaining agreement.
• Involve in hazard analysis development and training.
• Involve in standard operating procedure development and training.
• Document team member’s time and attendance.
• Work with JDE/Atomic/PKMS to support daily manufacturing operations.
