Job summary

HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's is seeking a Lead Food and Nutrition PRN to support patient meals and related services at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center.

The role encompasses room service operations, tray assembly, basic food prep, and kitchen support under supervision. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least six months of healthcare-related food service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months Food Service experience in healthcare, hotel, or hospitality service preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Must show good judgment and reliability. Must show excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Room service operator, tray assembly and delivery, simple food preparation.
• Washing pots and pans, catering, cashier and other assigned duties in the kitchen.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
