Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage systems engineering, preferably in manufacturing or R&D.
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing or process engineering is required.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations (FDA, USDA, HACCP).
• Proficiency with 3D modeling software and report writing programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Food and Beverage-based systems and processes including ingredient transfer and skid-based liquid process systems.
• Lead design and development of conveying, mixing, and skid-based liquid processing systems.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent across the organization.
• Conceptualize product ideas with customers, focusing on manufacturability.
• Support sales, estimating, and customer discussions to inform project proposals.
