Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead client-facing delivery across design, bidding, construction and start-up for food and beverage process facilities. You will coordinate design teams, engineers, and construction partners to meet scope, cost and schedule targets, while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• 3+ years in design-build, General Contractor with multiple in-house engineering disciplines.
• 3+ years in MEP industrial construction projects (food/beverage or pharma preferred).
• 3+ years in building construction, scheduling, estimating, and safety.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and other design software.
• Overnight travel not less than 50% per year.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing projects from planning through commissioning, defining success criteria.
• Develop project scope, budget, schedule, and critical path.
• Prepare RFIs and purchase/work authorizations.
• Maintain client SharePoint site and project records.
• Oversee design teams, permits, and regulatory approvals.
• Develop procurement plans and manage bid processes.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage cost forecasts.
• Interface with clients at facilities and construction sites.
• Utilize MS Office, CAD, Navisworks, MS Project, SharePoint.
