The ideal candidate has 2+ years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for Italian cuisine.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading or managing a front-of-house restaurant team.
• Understanding of steps of service.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverage highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Support hiring, training, and evaluating restaurant staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Review financial information to monitor budget.
