Job summary

Medical City Arlington is seeking a Lead FNS Trayline Worker to join our Food and Nutrition Services team. You will ensure timely meal service to patient areas, support tray line operations, and maintain sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role requires High School diploma, Associate degree preferred, and experience in food service management. A bilingual ability is a plus; responsibilities include training staff, scheduling, and coordinating with nurses and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred (Nutrition, Hospitality or Culinary).
• Certified Dietary Manager or Nutrition/Dietetic Technician preferred but not required.
• 3 years of food service management experience preferred in high-volume settings.
• Food Handler’s Certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Represent FANS with Always Values and Code of Conduct.
• Ensure timely and efficient meal service to patient areas.
• Explain FANS procedures to new patients as needed.
• Resolve customer and guest concerns promptly.
• Utilize Meditech, Computrition, Outlook, and MS Office for required reports.
• Assist in schedule development and performance evaluations.
