Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Lead Family Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered care in our New England urgent care clinic. As a clinical leader, you will mentor new-graduate providers and allied staff while delivering high-quality care and guiding daily clinic operations.

You will perform exams, collect histories, coordinate diagnostics, and educate patients. A strong focus on collaboration, documentation, and compliance will support a thriving team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and NP certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Clinical experience in emergency/urgent care preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with health assessments, exams, and histories.
• Order or interpret diagnostic tests and review results.
• Administer injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound management.
• Educate and counsel patients on health, regimens, and wellness.
• Prepare accurate medical records and signnotes in the EMR.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and infection-control.
• Collaborate with clinic staff for efficient patient care.
• Mentor new-grad providers and clinic staff.
