Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Fluids Engineer to provide technical expertise and testing for hydraulic and transmission fluids across multiple product lines. You will support fluid development, testing, and documentation while coordinating with Materials, Hydraulics, and Product Validation teams to ensure compliance with standards.

The role requires a chemistry-focused science/engineering background, 6+ years of experience in fluid analysis, and strong communication skills to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science and/or Engineering with chemistry background or similar.
• 6+ years of experience in fluid development and/or processing with laboratory fluid analysis experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of internal customers at all levels within the company.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently with little supervision; demonstrate leadership by ability to own the project and take it to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead fluid projects that meet business objectives and environmental requirements across departments and product lines.
• Collaborate with Materials Engineering, Hydraulics Engineering, Product Engineering and Product Validation for fluid development and testing.
• Determine required testing for all fluids used in company products per national and internal standards.
• Diagnose root causes for fluid non-conformance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze fluid samples from test benches for cleanliness, degradation and wear of components in driveline systems.
