Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline is required.
• 4 years of related experience in method or assay development or a specific methodology area.
• 2 years' experience working with flow cytometry.
• Familiarity and working knowledge of immunology.
• Experience with method validation, assay troubleshooting, and transfer of methods into laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan assay and method development activities and draft clear, robust laboratory methods.
• Execute method development experiments and support validation and analytical testing activities as needed.
• Troubleshoot assays and apply root cause analysis to optimize performance and resolve technical issues.
• Transfer methods into validation processes and collaborate across functions to ensure methods are sustainable and scalable.
• Lead low to moderately complex technical projects and guide assigned team members to achieve project deliverables.
• Mentor and train junior staff while contributing technical expertise to scientific reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Support laboratory equipment maintenance, operational standards, and evaluation of new instrumentation.
