Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned General Superintendent to oversee field operations for major commercial projects in Florida. This senior role requires leadership of multiple Superintendents, accountability for safety, quality, scheduling and cost management, and close collaboration with project leadership.

The candidate will drive pre-mobilization, plan, coordinate, and lead field teams across Miami, West Palm Beach, or Tampa, ensuring alignment with contracts, OSHA

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years as a General Superintendent on major commercial projects.
• Experience leading multiple Superintendents and large field teams.
• Strong scheduling, site logistics, safety, contracts, and subcontractor management.
• Florida market experience strongly preferred, with ability to support Miami/West Palm Beach/Tampa.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level field leadership for major commercial construction projects.
• Lead, manage, coach, and develop Superintendents and field personnel.
• Develop overall construction plan in collaboration with Project Executive/Manager.
• Direct project planning, sequencing, logistics, and site utilization.
• Oversee OSHA compliance, safety plans, and field inspections.
• Communicate progress, risks, and field issues to senior leadership.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and closeout activities.
