Job summary

French Florist in Westlake Village is seeking a creative, experienced Lead Floral Designer to join and grow with our team. You’ll design arrangements with exquisite flowers from around the world and lead a growing team to deliver memorable experiences.

This role combines artistic floral talent with leadership—overseeing scheduling, hiring, training, and maintaining an orderly studio while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience managing a team.
• Prior floral design experience with styles, mechanics and trends.
• Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills.
• Passion for flowers, design and memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and create stunning floral arrangements for a variety of occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create stunning floral arrangements for a variety of occasions
• Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers in their floral selections

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs (flower buckets, boxes, supplies)
• Frequent use of hands and arms for cutting, arranging, and wrapping flowers
• Comfortable working in a cooler environment and handling water-based materials
