Modern Floristry is a Los Angeles–based floral and interior design studio known for distinctive floral design, plant styling, and large-scale holiday décor for luxury spaces. This hybrid role leads daily operations at our LA location, combining hands-on floral design, delivery coordination, and team leadership to ensure high-quality installations.

The role emphasizes a clean driving record, client satisfaction, and the ability to manage a small team across events and weekly accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in floral design, retail, or event floristry.
• 2+ years experience supervising or managing a team.
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle large arrangements with care.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Familiarity with event set‑ups, floral coolers, and safe transport practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a small team of floral designers and assistants.
• Manage daily workflow, ensuring design quality and on‑time deliveries.
