Role Description

The Floral Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for designing and producing floral arrangements and preserved compositions for retail clients, events, subscriptions, and special orders, following brand aesthetics and seasonal guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include:

• Selecting and conditioning flowers and plants
• Creating custom and standard arrangements
• Ensuring retail spaces are organized and visually appealing.

The Floral Designer will consult with customers and event clients, provide knowledgeable guidance on products, support sales transactions, and assist with workshops and in-store experiences. The role also involves collaborating with the production and events team, supporting inventory management, and adhering to sustainable and eco-conscious design practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Floral Design and Flower Arrangements, with experience in creating both everyday and event-focused compositions.
• Strong Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and a welcoming, professional demeanor in a retail environment.
