Job summary

Global Connections to Employment, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to safely perform contract duties and provide high quality customer service across various locations.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to learn all facets of custodial operations. Candidates should have at least 3 years in custodial services and 1 year in a lead role, with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in custodial or related services.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Must have the ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.
• Must be able to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• Must be physically able to perform general tasks detailed in the assigned contract.
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings.
