Job summary

Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is seeking a Shift Leader to safely perform contracted custodial duties and lead a team across multiple sites. The role emphasizes quality customer service, independence in work, and ability to supervise staff while adhering to client requirements and safety standards.

Must have at least three years in custodial work and one year in a lead role. Background screening is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in custodial or related services.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to work independently to support the group effort.
• Ability to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• Ability to pass organization background screenings as appropriate.

• Lead and supervise custodial teams to perform contract duties safely.
