Job summary

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• 18 years of age or older.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Supervisory experience preferred; ability to train staff.
• Flexible to varying schedules and weekend shifts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Education/work history demonstrating work ethic and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor and surface care across client sites with proper technique.
• Travel between client buildings in the Richmond area on a daily/nightly/weekly route.
• Define cleaning expectations and train staff on technique and chemical use.
• Diagnose issues and find opportunities to improve cleaning activities.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial floor equipment.
• Handle project and detail work outside the regular scope.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and cover shifts for absent staff.
