Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• ASCP or equivalent phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Experience in patient service center phlebotomy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide phlebotomy and related services for all patients.
• Collect specimens by venipuncture and capillary technique for all ages.
• Prepare specimens for transport to a BILH laboratory.
• Enter patient demographics and orders into the laboratory system.
• Travel to multiple PSCs and doctor sites as needed.
