Castelion is seeking a Lead Flight Software Engineer to define architecture and deliver mission-critical embedded software across the vehicle stack. You will mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional efforts with avionics, hardware, and simulation teams, and set the technical tempo for a fast-moving defense program.

This role offers ownership from concept through flight testing, hands-on debugging, and a pathway to shape system-level decisions while building a world-class software

Formación

• 7+ years of professional embedded software or real‑time systems experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Rust.
• Experience with Linux-based embedded platforms and drivers.
• Experience leading technical projects or teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define architecture and technical direction for embedded software.
• Lead cross-functional teams across avionics, hardware, and software.
• Own subsystems from concept through flight testing.
• Mentor engineers and drive code quality and testing.
