Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of flexographic press operation or printing machine setup experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Basic math and comfortable with production software/PCs.
• Ability to read shop scales and tape measures; follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate flexographic printing presses.
• Inspect production with gauges and maintain tolerances to ensure quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Follow SOPs, ISO 9001 guidelines, and safety practices.
