Job summary
Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is seeking a Lead Fleet Technician in Orlando to serve as the technical expert and operational lead for the Fleet team. You will oversee diagnostics, maintenance planning, and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
The role requires 4+ years in fleet maintenance, leadership experience, and strong problem-solving abilities. The position operates 12:00pm–8:30pm, Monday–Friday, with competitive compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of fleet maintenance experience with advanced diagnostics.
- Experience with multi-system troubleshooting (electrical, powertrain hydraulics).
- Proven leadership experience and ability to coordinate a team.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet operations in distribution/logistics.
- Driving record meeting Coke Florida guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex diagnostics and repairs.
- Coordinate daily workload, scheduling, and task prioritization.
- Lead or support fleet initiatives such as vendor management and audits.
- Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and service disruption.
- Back up for Fleet Supervisor when necessary.
