Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is seeking a Fleet Technician based in Orlando to diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet assets for maximum uptime. This role requires independent troubleshooting and ownership of rapid issue resolution.

The position works 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Tuesday through Saturday, with opportunities in preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and documentation of diagnostics and parts usage. Candidates should have 2–4 years of fleet maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of fleet maintenance experience across light/medium/heavy-duty vehicles.
• Knowledge of diesel, gasoline, propane and/or electric systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and DOT compliance.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of web-based fleet tools and MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet assets to maximize uptime and performance.
• Perform advanced diagnostics across fleet including diesel vehicles and PIT equipment.
• Execute preventative maintenance per DOT and company standards.
• Respond to roadside breakdowns and urgent service calls.
• Document diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
