Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is seeking a Lead Fleet Technician at our Hollywood location. This full-time role runs 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, focusing on repairs and preventive maintenance of the fleet.

You will lead and coach teammates while ensuring high safety and quality standards. You will schedule repairs, monitor workloads, and drive improvements in fleet reliability, inventory, and service logs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical experience on all company fleet assets.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and initiative.
• Preventative maintenance and repair of PIT equipment.
• Excellent demonstrated technical aptitude.
• Provide and maintain personal hand tools for high‑quality mechanical duties.
• Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform repairs and preventative maintenance on fleet assets.
• Coach and develop other team members; provide operational guidance.
• Coordinate and monitor department repair and staff schedules.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair fleet assets; ensure safety standards.
• Quality control of fleet vendors and technicians; ensure contract compliance.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Respond to service calls and roadside breakdowns as needed.
• Conduct DOT inspections and maintain maintenance records and logs.
• Maintain tools and workspace; manage inventory per policy.
• Back up Fleet Supervisor and provide leadership coverage as needed.
