Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or higher in Fleet Management, Mechanical, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years in transit/maintenance services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supports and manages day-to-day operations of the maintenance shop and service lane.
• Supervises mechanics, service workers, and cleaners; ensure assignments and records are complete.
• Leads response for major service disruptions and incidents; ensures rapid, effective outreach.
• Oversees repair of vehicles; assigns work orders and tracks progress.
• Coordinates with vendors for work performed on/offsite and documents results in vehicle records.
