Job summary

Qualifications

• ASE certifications listed above.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience with heavy equipment.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience with safety and regulatory knowledge (DOT, OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and timely repair and maintenance work.
• Supervise daily shop operations, including huddles, inspections, coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor performance and recommend process improvements to management.
• Oversee inventory control and budget adherence for parts and repairs.
• Review expenses and escalate major costs to management as needed.

Education

ASE certifications: T2 Diesel Engine, T3 Drive, T4 Brake, T5 Suspension and Steering, T6 Electrical/Electronic, T7 HVAC Systems, ASE Master Certified (T)
