Job Description: As a Lead Fleet Automotive Maintenance Technician, you will lead vehicle maintenance and repair operations, ensuring fleet vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, complex repairs, diagnostics, supervising shop personnel, maintaining records, and ensuring safety compliance.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, with 7+ years experience or equivalent certifications and experience. ASE Master certification preferred. Must have diesel and transmission repair skills, ability to work safely, lift up to 75 lbs, and possess a valid driver’s license. DOT certification and experience with heavy trucks are required.
