Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field required.
• 13 yrs specific technical discipline or 15 yrs broad engineering experience in several technical disciplines.
• Experience with 14 CFR 25.853 and regulatory certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for engineering projects of major complexity within established scope.
• Make technical decisions with wide impact on engineering activities.
• Lead development of innovative principles and ideas and optimize cost/schedule.
• Provide independent judgments and develop standards and guides for engineering activities.
• Witness and plan certification activities to meet regulatory requirements.
• Support FAA/EASA authorities and regulatory interpretations as needed.
