Job summary

Primoris Gas Operations is seeking reliable Traffic Control Flaggers and Lead Flaggers to manage traffic in active construction zones and keep work areas safe, organized, and efficient. Position based out of Minnesota with projects across Wisconsin and possible overnight travel.

Qualifications include a valid driver''s license, clean driving record, Fed Med card, and (preferred) MnDOT/ATSSA flagger certification.

Qualifications

Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
Clean driving record.
Fed Med card.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varied weather.
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
Excellent communication skills.
MnDOT or ATSSA flagger certification preferred (in-house training available).

Responsibilities

Control vehicular traffic through construction zones using stop/slow paddles and radios/AFAD devices.
Set up and take down traffic control devices (cones, signs).
Communicate clearly with crew members and the public.
Remain alert to changing traffic and work zone conditions.
Follow all safety policies and state/local regulations.
Report unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately.
