Job summary

Burn Boot Camp High Point, NC is seeking a Lead Trainer to deliver dynamic 45-minute group workouts and coach members toward their fitness goals. You will lead a training team, ensure exceptional member experience, and execute the club's fitness program.

The ideal candidate has a certified training credential (NASM/ISSA/ACE/ACSM/NSCA) or a four-year degree in Exercise Science, CPR/AED, and at least one year of coaching or PT experience, plus strong leadership and sales skills to grow memberships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering group workouts to clients of all fitness levels.
• Certified training credential or a four-year degree in Exercise Science.
• CPR/AED certification and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead training team and manage operations of the club.
• Train 16 camps a week minimum.
• Excellent customer service - engage members and support their goals.
• Leverage Burn Boot Camp sales approach to grow memberships.
• Identify opportunities to improve the business and work with leadership.
