Job summary

Burn Boot Camp in High Point, NC is seeking a Lead Trainer to deliver dynamic 45-minute group workouts across our fitness clubs. You will motivate members, coach beyond comfort zones, and help them reach health goals while upholding club standards.

You will lead a training team, handle onboarding and scheduling, and drive marketing and sales initiatives to grow memberships, ensuring top-tier member experience and coaching in every session.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Training certification OR 4-year Exercise Science degree with no gap in experience.
• CPR/AED certified.
• 1+ year experience in personal training or coaching.
• Previous experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Train 16 camps a week minimum.
• Hiring, onboarding, & scheduling of the training team.
• Excellent customer service - add value through genuine engagement and goal focus.
• Facility management - assist with maintaining club standards.
• Leverage Burn Boot Camp sales approach to drive membership growth.
• Lead up by identifying opportunities and implementing plans with leadership.

Education

NASM/ISSA/ACE/ACSM/NSCA cert OR Exercise Science degree
