Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years in oilfield services with supervisor experience
• Experience with downhole tools and troubleshooting fishing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with motors, pumps, compressors
• 2+ years in Fishing, Thru-Tubing and related product line experience
• Knowledge of drilling, completion and production operations
• Excellent communication balancing sales and technical perspectives

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute fishing operations, remove stuck pipe and debris
• Supervise crews and communicate with customers
• Ensure safety compliance and lead safety meetings
• Coordinate equipment procurement and maintenance
• Prepare reports and job documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and provide on-site technical support
• Troubleshoot issues to reduce non-productive time
• Comply with regulations and company standards
