Job summary

Yellowjacket Oilfield Services, LLC is seeking a hands-on field professional to work on downhole fishing operations across North America. You will gather wellbore specs, select and deploy specialized tools, and lead a rig crew to recover equipment from cased and boreholes.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety SOPs, submitting daily reports, and contacting customers to promote services. Must be able to travel and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Minimum three (3) years of downhole fishing tool experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, squat, crawl and walk; long periods of standing or sitting.
• Must be able to work outdoors in extreme weather.
• Clear/pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Consults with superintendent, engineer, and site representative to gather wellbore specs and actions.
• Identify and order appropriate specialized tools and equipment.
• Execute plan of action using specialized tools to recover equipment and clear obstacles from wells.
• Supervise rig crew in operating fishing tools.
• Follow safety policies and SOPs; maintain equipment and documentation.
• Submit daily activity reports and maintain accurate records.
• Promote Yellowjacket product lines to customers and prospects.
