Job summary

KLX Energy Services LLC seeks a Fishing Tool Supervisor for the Midland, TX location. The role focuses on planning, supervising, and executing Fishing, Thru-Tubing, and related operations at the well site to meet client requirements.

The candidate will provide technical support, coordinate operations, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while training junior staff and delivering thorough job documentation.

Qualifications

• Open-hole and/or cased-hole operation experience is required.
• 4-6 years of work experience.
• 2+ years of relevant product line experience are required.
• Knowledge of Fishing, Thru-Tubing, and related services is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to crew and clients at the well site; communicate with client representatives and rig crew.
• Plan and coordinate operations using technical expertise to determine suitable techniques and equipment.
• Advise customers on procedures, troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime, and supervise site operations.
• Manage storage and inventories of supplies and fixed assets on the rig.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive job documentation.
• Train and mentor trainees; share knowledge and develop expertise.
