Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Manager, First Time Deployment to lead a team delivering large-scale GPU and AI networking deployments for customers. You will manage architects and engineers, guide complex compute and network bring-up, and work closely with Product Management and Sales to shape deployment strategies.

You will coordinate on-site and remote deployments, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality delivery while aligning with NVIDIA technologies such as CUDA and NVIDIA networking.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Systems/Solutions/Field Engineering, Networking or Data Center roles with 2+ years leading/mentoring engineers or architects.
• System-level expertise across CPU/GPU server architecture, NICs, Linux, system software, and kernel drivers.
• Experience with data center networking (Ethernet/InfiniBand) and data center infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive complex projects from design to production.
• Strong communication and collaboration with PM, Sales and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Recruit & manage a team of solutions architects and engineers for large-scale GPU deployments.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, mentor, ensure high-quality customer delivery across multi-project portfolios.
• Lead technical reviews, design decisions, and critical debugging efforts.
• Guide network/compute/ software architecture discussions and on-site data center work as needed.
• Synthesize customer requirements and influence product roadmap.
