Job summary

Quad/Graphics is currently seeking a First Pressman for our Winchester, VA location. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining the press, as well as directing the press crew's activities during production. The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible schedules, including rotating day/night shifts, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular schedules, including day/night shifts.
• Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, up to 70 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts and meet production demands.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate and maintain the press and auxiliary equipment.
• Direct and coordinate activities of assigned crew members.
• Monitor product quality and complete required documentation.
