Lead Fire & Water Restoration Technician Restoration Experts – Ronkonkoma, NY Full-time | $25.00+/hour (Based on Experience)

About Us: Restoration Experts is a family-owned fire and water damage restoration company based in Ronkonkoma, NY. We proudly serve clients across Nassau, Suffolk, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Westchester. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Lead Technician to join our team and help us continue delivering top-quality service to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

Handle fire, water, and mold restoration tasks from start to finish

Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanupTake moisture readings and document progressUse mobile apps to track jobs, take photos, and maintain accurate logsFollow IICRC standards and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in fire/water/mold restorationIICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD, etc.) strongly preferredComfortable using restoration software like MICA, CompanyCam, or similarTech-savvy and confident using mobile devices and appsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not requiredAble to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or challenging spacesClean and valid driver’s licenseWilling to work occasional nights, weekends, or on-call shiftsMust be able to travel to job sites throughout our full service area
