Job summary

The Hiller Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Fire Sprinklers to lead complex fire protection projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This role manages budgets, schedules, and labor across multiple concurrent construction initiatives while coordinating with sales, field staff, and customers.

Responsibilities include overseeing change orders, preparing progress reports, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring AHJ approvals and code compliance throughout the project

Responsibilities

• Assist proposal activities, attend pre-bid meetings, select subcontractors, and maintain project documentation.
• Manage project including change orders, man-loading charts, weekly progress reports, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate rental equipment delivery and pickup to minimize costs.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule.
• Maintain drawings and coordinate with engineers and AHJs for codes and approvals.
• Act as primary interface for owner/customers.
• Conduct project meetings, maintain safety program, and close-out documentation.
• Collaborate with field management to align resources with schedules and budgets.
• Attend weekly operations and finance meetings for cost-to-complete updates.
