Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Fire Sprinklers to lead complex fire protection projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring project accuracy, compliance, and timely closeout.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, field teams, and AHJ authorities, managing change orders, and delivering cost-effective solutions from proposal through project completion.

Qualifications

• 7 years project management experience or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of construction/project management and planning/scheduling.
• NICET II certification or higher in Fire Sprinkler preferred.
• Strong organization and time management; ensure QA items are completed.
• Budget and cost control management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and ability to obtain clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist proposal activities and attend pre-bid meetings.
• Manage project change orders and cost-to-complete updates.
• Oversee scheduling, labor loading charts, weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate materials purchases and equipment delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and as-built drawings.
• Interface with owners/customers and conduct meetings.
