Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead the installation of sprinkler systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Annapolis. You will interpret project drawings, delegate tasks, and oversee technicians, fitters, and helpers to ensure flawless execution.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of pipefitting, plumbing regulations, fire codes, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pipefitting, plumbing regulations and fire protection codes.
• Ability to lead on site and manage crews.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interpret project drawings to determine installation details.
• Delegate tasks to fitters, mechanics and assistants to meet deadlines.
• Install and test fire sprinkler systems per plans and specs.
• Follow plans and communicate design changes as needed on site.
• Manage materials delivered to site and minor fabrication as required.
• Update daily installation progress notes on job drawings.
