Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Fire Protection Sprinkler Foreman to lead the day-to-day activities of assigned personnel in the construction, installation, and repair of fire protection sprinkler systems.

The role combines supervisory duties with hands-on skilled work on heavy commercial projects across multiple sites. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fire sprinkler installation, 1+ year as foreman, and strong knowledge of NFPA 13, with proven ability to guide 8–10-person crews,

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Fire Sprinkler Installation field; or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience.
1+ years as Fire Protection Sprinkler Foreman running crews on heavy commercial projects.
Knowledgeable with NFPA 13 and all codes.
Proven ability to lead crews of 8–10 individuals and ensure productivity and safety.

Responsibilities

Manage labor and materials to meet budgets for assigned tasks.
Track hours and manpower on all tasks.
Provide training to improve quality, production, and safety.
Lead and mentor crews on site and coordinate with project teams.
Interpret blueprints and drawings for sprinkler installation.
Ensure installation of wet, CPVC, and steel systems in commercial/industrial buildings.
