Job summary

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Fire Sprinkler Installation experience or equivalent
- 1+ years as a Foreman leading crews on heavy commercial projects
- NFPA 13 and codes knowledge
- Proven ability to lead teams of 8–10 on construction projects
- Able to multi-task, follow instructions, and show problem-solving skills
- Must adhere to company policies and be able to report to multiple job sites
Responsibilities
- Lead fire protection sprinkler crew and manage labor and materials
- Track hours and manpower across tasks
- Provide training to improve quality, safety and productivity
- Interpret blueprints and architectural drawings for installs
- Ensure installation of wet, CPVC, and steel systems in commercial projects
- Maintain safety and project schedule, and ensure conformance to contract specs
