Harvard Protection Services, LLC. is seeking a Fire & Life Safety Director to provide professional, customer-focused security and life safety services for people and property at assigned sites.

The role emphasizes leadership, visibility in the facility, and adherence to emergency procedures. The position requires a Fire Safety Directors license, a security guard license or ability to obtain one, high school level education, and strong communication skills for rapid, professional coordination

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have Fire Safety Directors license.
• Must have a security guard license or be able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and assist customers, employees, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
• Maintain a visible presence in the facility and monitor the environment for suspicious activity.
• Answer phones professionally and manage announcements.
• Enforce facility policies within role limits and follow emergency action plans.
