Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Inc. is a family-owned ESOP company with 7 branches across Florida and North Carolina.

We are seeking experienced Fire Alarm Technicians to lead installation and service projects in our Southeast region, supervising apprentices and ensuring work meets code and safety standards. You will work under the superintendent/manager, install panels and devices, read blueprints, and perform testing and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience installing fire alarm systems and reading blueprints.
• Experience in testing and commissioning fire alarm systems.
• Leadership experience supervising apprentices on-site.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the installation of alarm systems to meet schedule, budget, and standards.
• Oversee layout and installation of panels, wiring and equipment per blueprints.
• Complete work orders and admin tasks on time, including reports and documentation.
• Perform maintenance or replacement of system components and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with general contractors and manage on-site issues with management.
• Carry and safeguard tools and maintain a clean, safe work area.
